How long does shipping take?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Are Tatti Lashes reusable?

Yes! Our high-quality luxury lashes are designed to be worn up to 20 times if cared for correctly. Ensure you remove any excess glue after each wear and store them in their original case.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Does the lash adhesive come with the lashes?

Most of our individual lash styles do not include glue, but we do offer a range of professional-grade adhesives, including our best-selling Brush on Glue, available for separate purchase.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Tatti Lashes is committed to ethical beauty. We do not test on animals, and we offer a wide variety of 3D Faux Mink and synthetic styles.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is confirmed, we are usually unable to make changes, but please contact our customer support team immediately to see if we can assist.
